Goods Requiring Delivery

Goods that require delivery will incur a delivery charge borne by you.

Furniture, Commissioned items, Personalized Goods - Please contact Jacatata during normal opening times on 01427 239144 to ascertain charges and timescale for delivery before purchase. Delivery charges must be paid once agreed and before delivery is made.

Hemswell Collections

If you require to collect your purchase from our Hemswell Indoor Market Site this must be agreed by Jacatata at time of sale, please contact Jacatata on 01427 239144  or by emailing us at enquiries@jacatata.co.uk during normal opening times to secure this arrangement.

Goods Not Collected

Goods ready for collection and not collected within 7 days of purchase will incur storage fees of £5 per day or part thereof applicable on the 8th day of purchase. Storage charges incurred must be paid in full before goods are released to the purchaser.
